Shawn Kincannon, Escrow Officer

Shawn joined the Red River Title team just a few short months after opening in 2004. Shawn attended TLTA School in Austin in 2005 and from that point on, has focused his efforts in staying in touch with industry trends, as well as trying to make Red River Title the title standard in Texomaland. Shawn enjoys participating in Greater Texoma Association of REALTORS (GTAR) including being an 8 year member of the Program Committee and regular participant/instructor for CE classes. Brittany Eleby, Escrow Officer

Brittany was hired as a receptionist in 2014. Her sunny disposition and outgoing personality made her an instant hit with customers and very quickly she learned the business. Brittany attended TLTA school in 2015 and soon she became an Escrow Officer in 2017 and has not looked back. Brittany leads the closing team in our Collin County office in the ever growing Anna, Texas office. Brittany is married to Zentez and they have 4 children. Stacy Nichols, Escrow Officer

Stacy Nichols perhaps has the most broad experience, having started in real estate at a local law firm preparing loan documents for banks among many other real estate related tasks. She has been an escrow officer for over 20 years and has built a loyal client base that rely on Stacy as an integral part of their team. Carol Ann Downing, Escrow Officer

Carol Ann Downing came aboard in 2015 as an escrow assistant. After working for both Doris and Shawn as an assistant, she was able to use tools she learned from both experienced closers to develop her own style. Carol Ann utilizes her skills at efficiency and details to best serve her clients in quickly closing/funding transactions. Carol Ann serves customers all over the county, with clientele ranging from Fannin County, Grayson County, and to Cooke County leading to our Whitesboro closing. Carol Ann is married to Jason and has 2 children, Emma is a college student at Oklahoma State University and Ethan is active in school sports and select baseball. SHELLIE MCLEMORE, ESCROW OFFICER

Shellie has over 25 years of experience in the title industry, dedicated to helping clients navigate the closing process with confidence and clarity. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to making each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible for buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders.

MENDY BLACKBURN, ESCROW OFFICER

Mendy Blackburn started with RRTC in 2025 with over 20 years of local title experience, proudly serving clients throughout Grayson County. She is known for being organized, dependable, and calm under pressure, with a strong attention to detail that helps keep every transaction running smoothly.

Mendy is married to Shane, they have two daughters, and three grandchildren.

Doris Caston, Escrow Officer

Doris Caston founded Red River Title in 2004 on dedication to service above and beyond industry norms, commitment to partners and customers beyond parallel. Doris retired in 2025 having grown Red River Title from a 2 person fee-attorney office, to community staple with multiple locations and over 20 employees. We continue to pursue her same commitment to service of others as she enjoys retirement.
